You can infuse this sauce with sun dried tomatoes. Simply add the chopped tomatoes about 5 minutes before serving. |

2 cups heavy whipping cream 3 oz Parmesan, grated 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped finely 1/4 tsp. kosher salt 1/4 cup white wine 1 scant tsp. cornstarch mixed 1:1 with cold water 1/4 oz olive oil Sun dried tomatoes (optional) |

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a sauce pan and cook garlic until translucent. Add white wine and reduce by half. Add heavy cream and bring to a soft boil. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and cornstarch mixture. 2. Cook slowly over a low flame until cheese is dissolved and cornstarch has bloomed. 3. Puree with a blender if possible. |
