2 medium russet potatoes 1/4 cup margarine, melted 2 tbs lemon juice 1-1/2 tsp lemon/pepper seasoning 1/8 tsp garlic powder Salt |

Instructions:

Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Deeply score the inside of the potatoes with a sharp knife. Cover the skin side with aluminum foil. Combine remaining ingredients and brush the scored sides of the potatoes with the mixture. Grill potatoes -- cut side up, 5 to 6 inches from coals for 40 minutes, basting the cut side with the mixture every 10 minutes. Turn the potatoes, grill 10 minutes, turn again, baste, grill 10 minutes. |
