Ingredients:

1/2 cup light mayonnaise 1 package (8 oz.) light cream cheese, softenend 2 tbs. skim milk 4 scallions, sliced 1 tbs. lemon juice 1 tsp. red pepper sauce 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 lb. lump crab meat 1/2 cup parsley, chopped |

Instructions:

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 6 cup shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside. 2. In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, cream cheese, milk, scallions, lemon juice, red pepper sauce, Worchestershire sauce, garlic salt and 1/4 cup of the cheese. Mix until smooth. 3. Gently stir in the crab meat to avoid breaking it up too much. Spoon into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan on top. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until bubbling and starting to turn brown on top. 4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. 5. Serve with crackers, corn chips, pita bread, etc. |
