1 quart bread crumbs 1/2 Tbs granulated garlic 1/2 Tbs dry oregano leaves 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper 1/2 Tbs kosher salt 1 Tbs finely grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. dry thyme leaves 1 Tbs chopped Italian parsley |

Instructions:

1. In a blender, grind the pepper, oregano, thyme, garlic, and salt with 6 tablespoons of the bread crumbs. 2. Mix thoroughly with the remaining bread crumbs and Parmesan. Toss in the fresh parsley. 3. Reserve in a plastic container. |
