Try this sauce the next time we make pulled-pork.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve as a sauce with pulled-pork. Stir a little into the pork and serve more on the side.
Ingredients:
1 tbs. vegetable oil
1/2 medium onion, minced
2 medium cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs. dry mustard
1 tbs. dark brown sugar
1 tbs. paprika
1 tsp. table salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 cup ketchup

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Sauté until softened, 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in all the remaining ingredients except the ketchup. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, add ketchup. Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 15 minutes.
