2 tbs. vegetable oil 4 nice pork chops 3/4 cup apricot nectar 1 tsp. curry powder 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. salt |

Instructions:
|
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chops in the hot skillet, turning once. 2. In a measuring cup, mix together the apricot nectar, curry powder, garlic powder, and salt. Pour over chops, and reduce to medium-low heat. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes or until meat is done, depending on chop thickness. |
