Cooking spray 1-1/2 cups chopped white onion 1 tsp. ground cumin 1 tsp. chili powder 1-1/2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 garlic cloves, minced 2 tbs. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions Lime wedges |

Instructions:

1. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add onion, sauté 3 minutes. Add cumin, chili powder, shrimp and garlic; sauté 4 minutes. Remove from heat and add butter, salt, and hot sauce. Stir until the butter melts. Stir in juice and green onions. Garnish with lime wedges, if desired. |
