2 lbs. of ground beef, or use meatloaf mix of ground veal, pork and beef 2 eggs. slightly beaten 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tbs. prepared horseradish 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/2 tsp. mustard powder 1 clove garlic, minced Optional, but I always add sautéed mushrooms to my meatloaf For Sauce: 1/2 cup ketchup 3 tbs. brown sugar 1 tbs. prepared horseradish 2 tsp. spicy brown mustard 1/2 tsp. mustard powder |

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. In a large bowl mix all meatloaf ingredients together well. Although messy, it's easiest to mix with your hands. Press mixture into a 9 x 5 loaf pan. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients. Spoon half the sauce on top of the meatloaf. Bake meatloaf for 50 minutes. Spoon other half of sauce over meatloaf and bake 10 more mintues. |
