1 recipe of your favorite crab cakes 1 recipe of your favorite crab cake sauce 4 large portabello mushrooms, stemmed and cleaned Baby arugula salad Vinaigrette (maybe lemon, some dijon & olive oil) Salt and pepper Parmesan cheese and paprika, optional |

Instructions:

1. Make your favorite crab cake recipe along with a sauce. 2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 3. Place a scoop of the crab cake into the portabello mushroom and shape. Place mushrooms on a baking sheet and put into preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes. 4. Optionally, top with some grated Parmesan and a sprinkle of paprika. 5. Put under broiler for a minute to crispen the top. 6. Serve atop a salad of fresh baby arugula dressed with a mild vinaigrette. |
