This is one of Rick's favorite desserts, and so easy to make. The German Sweet Chocolate has become hard to find. However, it can be ordered online and appears in some grocery stores around Christmas. |

4 oz. Baker's German Sweet Chocolate 1/3 cup milk 2 tbs. sugar 3 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened 8 oz. container of Cool Whip 1 graham cracker pie crust |

Instructions:
|
1. Heat chocolate and 2 tablespoons of the milk over low heat, stirring until melted. Beat sugar into crem cheese; add remaining milk and chocolate mixture, beat until smooth. 2. Fold Cool Whip into chocolate mixture and blend until smooth. 3. Spoon mixture into crust. Freeze about 4 hours. Garnish with chocolate curls if desired. |
