2 eggs 1/4 cup sugar (optional) 1/2 cup vegetable oil 8 oz. sour cream 1 can whole kernel corn, Drained 1 can creamed corn 1 pkg Jiffy cornbread mix |

Instructions:

1. Mix together first four ingredients, then mix in both cans of corn. Be sure to drain the whole kernel corn! 2. Blend in cornmeal mix. 3. Pour into greased 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour. |
