1-1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 stick melted butter 1 lb. cream cheese 2 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla 1 pint sour cream 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla |

Instructions:

1. Make crust with first three ingredients. Mix well and form crust in bottom of 10 inch springform pan. 2. Beat cream cheese, eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. 3. Turn oven to 425°F. Whip 1 pint (16 oz) sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla. 4. After cooling period, pour sour cream mixture over top and bake 15 minutes at 425°F. |
