Ingredients:
1 bunch of fresh kale, I like the curly leaved type 2 tsp. olive oil (more or less) 1 tsp. soy sauce Other seasonings like grated Parmesan or Asiago cheese Dash of kosher salt |
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Tear off outer parts of leaves, leaving the ribs behind. Each tear should be a bite-sized piece. Place into a salad spinner filled with water and wash well. Spin to dry thoroughly. 3. Toss with olive oil and some soy sauce and then spread evenly on a sheet pan. Sprinkle over with salt and seasonings. 4. Cook in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the kale is just dry and edges are starting to brown (don't overcook.) It should slide around on the pan easily when done. 5. Remove to paper towels to cool and eat like potato chips. |
